My mom makes greeting cards with various papers.
You can decoupage an item. Here are several hometalk projects that might help.

Place in empty picture frames. Mod podge something. Line your dresser drawers or bathroom vanity drawers with it. If you have a random bookcase, mod podge onto the back wall or just use thumb tacks for a less permanent solution.
Make origami figures or decorations. Look on Pinterest.
I've made beautiful hearts, and butterflies. Easy but practice first with scraps. You could use these as tree hangings or on parcels.
You could also use to decopatch boxes or photo frames. Use modgepodge or glue specially designed for decopatch.
You could also use as backing paper for cards.
My mom has made pictures with wall paper, wrapping paper, even card fronts if she liked them and they went with her décor. She used them for backgrounds when mounting things like keys, coins, etc. if it wasn't too busy and took away from the items she was mounting.
