You will need to drill into the block, use a bit made for glass, and put fairy lights inside.
You can place vinyl cuts (like they put on shirts) on them.
Greenery inside or flowers.
Drill into the bottom of the block with a bit for glass. You can put fairy lights inside and add artificial greenery and/or flowers.
Vinyl (like they put on shirts) can be applied to the exterior.
I've seen some glass blocks that actually had one of the sides open so you can just insert twinkle lights or whatever will fit within them.
