How can I clean my bathtub?
Hello everyone, I rent and the tub looks dirty no matter what I do. I have tried vinegar and baking soda recipes, magic eraser, bleach even though it makes me sick. It is like ground in dirt. The house set empty for a while. I don't want to redo it since I am renting. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this tub clean? Thanks.

How can I get streaks out of my bathtub?
I tried a hint of pouring commode cleaner on my tub and now I have white streaks that I can’t scrub off.
Just use soft scrub with bleach, won't have as strong as smell as pure bleach and at least you know it clean and sterile even if it still looks dirty.
I have heard this but havent tried it . Dissolve 1 scoop of oxyclean powder in just enough hot water to make a paste then apply to tub and let sit for 15 minutes. Then rinse or if tub is really bad dont rinse instead fill tub and let soak till clean. I would try this on a area that is not noticable just to make sure the solution doesn't damage the surface. Like I said havent tried this but have heard it does a great job removing stains in tubs.
Try a pumice type block- you can get them at Lowe’s or Home Depot in the cleaning supplies aisle- great for removing rust and build up stains.

Have you tried the cleaning product Barkeeper's Friend??
Well..., If you're renting for a long time and will continue to do so, then you could consider using bathtub pain and paint it. Make sure you check all the YouTube videos as have to wear a mask and ventilate the bathroom well afterwards. The smell is very strong.
