How can I change the colour of my twinkle lights?
I bought twinkle lights in cool white and find them too blue-white. Is it possible to paint them...and with what? Would acrylic paint work?

Hi Lenora, I think the best paint would glass paint.
Or you can try alcohol inks. They go on shiny surfaces like glass.
If you plan on painting them, you need to use a translucent paint like a stained glass paint. Regular paint will hide the light.
That's a lot of work for something that wasn't expensive to begin with. Take them back to the store for an exchange.
Lenora: If they don't heat up you can "paint" with red nail polish. (I had to do this with some tea lights -- and it worked very well.)
Lenora, get some cheap ping pong balls, paint them any color you want poke a small hole in it and put one bulb in each ball.
