Debi I think if you have a wooden block, drill in then screw in the wheels on the bottom.
Why would you want it to move? That’s sounds dangerous to cutting.

I am not clear about what size you want. If you're talking about a cutting board rather than a butcher's block type island, we made one for our coffee maker using a glass cutting board and some ball bearing rollers that we super glued so it will slide under the cabinets when not in use. You could do the same with a wooden cutting board.
