Other than buying a liquid glass/ceramic stovetop cleaner, you can make your own cleaner. Use non-acid ingredients unless you have burned or boiled-over stains. If you have an empty sink-type liquid dishwashing liquid or similar bottle, use that to hold your new solution. Pour about an ounce or four tablespoons of the dishwashing liquid into the bottle. Add about 4-5 ounces of water into the bottle. Then use a funnel to add about two ounces of baking soda into the bottle. If you use an 8-ounce bottle, it should be just about full. Close the stopper, shake up the solution, then you will have the cleaner you need for many times. Squirt a little of the solution over any actual stains, then more solution over the rest of the stovetop. Use a barely damp soft sponge to start cleaning the surface. Save the stains until last so they are soaking in the solution. Rinse out the sponge when it is dirty and clean some more. If the stains don’t come off the first time, squirt more solution on, then about a teaspoon of vinegar over that, and let it soak awhile before you sponge-scrub the stovetop again. After all the cleaning solution and stains have been removed by the sponge, use soft paper towels to polish the stovetop so there are no streaks. Use a little Windex or lemon juice if you need to, but wipe it off immediately. Best wishes! ☺️
