How do I cover up cracks on concrete?

I would like to know what is the best way to coverup cracked concrete?

    Lowes sells an agent for filling in the cracks that works pretty good. I don't remember the name but if you go to a Lowe's they will show you.

    There’s concrete in a caulk-tube that are very good. I would buy one of each brand, because I can’t recall which I liked better- it was a school bus yellow color & I bought it either at Lowe’s or Home Depot.

    Blast out the cracks first with high pressure water. Wear thick latex gloves, have some tools for smoothing & scraping - even a wood popsicle stick or paint stick works well & can be thrown away.
