How do I know which paint is best on glass crafts?
I'd like to paint some glass vases from resale stores, just for fun. Is acrylic or oil based paints best? There is all kinds of info on YouTube, but videos are of one opinion. I don't want to bake them, but damp wipe them without paint coming off. Any opinions on the type and/or paint brands? Thanks!

Hi Rhonda, I usually use the Folkart brand that says it's for glass. I get it at Michael's and use a coupon so it's cheap. Also I have used sealed some of my projects with Dishwasher Mod Podge which is a sealer...Hope that helps!
I love using finger nail polish in water and dip the glass. I would get paint made for glass wear or ceramics for best results.
Ask the paint pros at the home improvement store. You will probably need special paint made just for glass if you want a finish that lasts.

I like to use alcohol inks. It comes in a lot of colors. You can buy them, or make the inks yourself. A lot of people also use sharpies. I have not tried them, but it looks easy for a beginner. There are a lot of YouTube videos out there to teach.
