Hi, Theresa,
There are plenty of wide drapery rods on the market. Look at Kirsch website or similar. You will need a center support, given you want to cover 3 windows.
For the cost of those blinds, you could make your own roller shades from kits at JoAnne Fabric, and the draperies, as well. There are many videos on You Tube showing step by step how to make draperies and calculate material needed.
Grommet draperies are easy to make. The yardage is calculated by measuring the width of your windows, plus the "returns" for rods, then multiply by 2.5 or 3. Drapery material comes in various widths, and solids make the task much easier than a print that has a "repeat" needing matched.
Concrete that has been cleaned with Tri Sodium Phosphate, then rinsed and dried can be easily painted with concrete paint, a roller with extension pieces and a small angled brush for corners.
If you are a senior citizen call senior services. Contact your church or club that you belong to. If you are low income call the Department of Human Resources. Those places should be able to provide the name of a good handyman. You will most likely have to pay someone to do this. What about family? Provide all the materials and have family come over and do this. Provide them with refreshments and snacks thru out the day. When they are done feed everyone. Perhaps a pizza party.
If you are looking for blinds for your window go to amazon.com. They have a huge selection and you can read customer reviews of the product before buying anything.
