I.d try dawn dish detergent on an absorbent cloth. Let it set, keep it damp n put cornmeal on it to pull up the last of grease. Dawn is made to cut grease n cornmeal should absorb anything left. Then just sweep up.

Some people have used kitty litter to soak up the grease, after that blue dawn dish soap would work well.
