Actually both. I heated the key and got it in the slot, but doors were still frozen
My car doors freeze well before my husband's truck's doors do. I discovered that there is moisture in my car. I'm not sure if it's from my shoes or if there's a tiny leak in the sunroof or windows. I put in a large silica packet to absorb moisture so my doors don't freeze.
