How can I paint a white shiny wall board in my bathroom?
Our bathroom has shiny wallboard with lots of nail holes. I am wondering what kind of paint would work best or maybe it would be best to just get new wall board !!
If your woodwork is raw wood, then I would prime and paint (or you could try a paint and primer in one). If it has any type of finish on it (glossy or otherwise), then I would sand first.
You will never go wrong with sanding and priming for sure. But if you want to skip that step you can use a chalk paint. Very little prep is required before beginning. Annie Sloan is one of the more popular brands, but there are several brands available today as well as DIY options. All are available in a huge range of colors as well, and are easy to use.
Thank you ladies!
I agree with Molly. You will agree too after you step back and look when it's finished!
