Acrylic Sink Repair. Find the kit that lets you get the best color match. Thoroughly clean the sink. Wet a piece of wet/dry fine grit sandpaper and smooth out the edges of the scratch or nick. Add the catalyst. Apply the filler and catalyst mixture to the damaged area of the sink. Allow the filler to dry.
I would do everything the the link Peggy gave suggests except fill the scratch with two part epoxy.
