How do I keep moss growing in my yard?
We had a very humid spring and summer and my front yard now is basically Moss. But I like that, less maintainance and it's always green. What can I do to make the moss grow better and spread more. I won't worry about the scraggly grass and weeds until they come back in the spring

Just try to keep it damp and the moss will continue to grow
Moss is a simple plant that can grow anywhere outdoors where there is sufficient moisture and partial shade. It will kill grass in areas it grows in. Certain weeds can and do grow in moss. Moss is not feasible if your yard gets direct sunlight.
Moss grows better under wet, acidic soil conditions.
Unless your yard is fenced or posted, note the increased potential for falls on mossed areas, and associated liability.
