So so sorry! Glad you are ok, homes can be repaired, people can't be replaced.
TSP is an excellent cleaner. That will help with walls etc that do not require complete replacement.
If your walls have plaster on them and the walls okay after you take the paper off, if it's wet, let it dry completely, then you could repaper it. If you have sheetrock, it will need to come down.
The doors, it depends on what kind they are, wood, metal, etc.
Soot clean-up I would do with a Shop Vac, or something of the like, to use it as a wet vac.
All of this depends if the FD sprayed everything with water. Everything will need to be dried off COMPLETELY before you do anything to the walls, doors, floors, etc.

Strip out all the rubbish, Burnt wood etc, Let everything dry out. Sand down areas that can be saved and replace those that can't. Start with Ceiling and then work down, finishing with the flooring. Best wishes.
