How can I divide a room with non-permanent walls?
I have an open concept new apt and I hate it. How can I divide it with non permanent walls, maybe half walls out of removeable see thru things so it won't be dark. I'd like a divider between foyer and diningroom/living room; and one between dining room/living room and even kitchen and diningroom. I hate seeing the clutter of my kitchen etc. Owna.

Back in the 70's, I put up chicken wire with a curtain rod (solid metal) run through it. Then I covered it with tissue paper that just happened to be in style back then: a tie dye kind of pattern which I first dipped in Elmers glue mixed with water. I screwed hooks into the ceiling and into the floor but I think a piece of heavy wood which you could staple to the wire would hold it down ok, but you would need the ceiling hooks to hang it. So it was removable and colorful!! Everyone loved it!
Great idea because I have seen those with tissue paper so you don't feel like it is a solid wall. O.
A storage unit like box wall basically would make a room divider.
Something designed like this - then fill the shelves with whatever. Make it to the size you need or you might be able to buy one somewhere.
