FOR CLAY CERAMIC, PORCELAIN (even some glass things) -- wet both broken edge surfaces with your finger (drops of water out of the faucet), use finger or cotton swab (finger is best) & rub plain old white school glue on each surface, let air dry to the very tacky stage- gently dab your finger moistened with some more FRESH glue on ONE surface. Press both edges TIGHTLY together by hand, hold for a bit, or somehow set together so that nothing gets moved. Let air dry. (overnight, 24 hrs for complete bonding) The process is this: the water gently is absorbed into the surrounding clay, when glue is applied it takes that into the clay also. When it is fully dry it will be a FOREVER bond, as the glue is absorbed into the clay molecules. If it ever gets broken again-- it will happen in another AREA not on the repair--- solid like CONCRETE!!!! I learned this in college ceramics art courses!... works on clay, porcelain of any sort-- even on glass, like tea pots-- NOT for using with tea again-- but other dry use purposes - (tea pot vase! - no water). GOOD LUCK!
