They could be framed for a wall mount or a display like this or could be made into a tabletop display depending on the amount you wish to display.

How about shadow boxes with photos of you receiving them? Mount on the wall proudly!
The first idea that came to my mind was also a shadow box, but a wall-hung one, like a picture, or a vertical display in a book case.
Also a glass topped coffee table with a display unit below that.
A velvet lined jewelry display case would work also.
You could easily put them in a frame or shadow box. My mom always put things like that in frames or shadow boxes. Because they are a more masculine thing, she usually backed it with burlap or something like that. She normally mounted them with Elmer's glue since water will melt it down and won't damage them if you want to take them off the material, just soak it in water and they will come off. I have also seen them mounted on wide strong ribbon with a brass ring sewn on the top to hang them. You can put them on different lengths with a different number on each one, perhaps use a beads ring and hook.
