We had a leak in our shower door silicone and patched it with clear caulk!
Remove the old silicon, clear out dust and debris. It it is a large space to fill you should apply twice.
1. First fill larger spaces w/silicon. Let dry.
2. Use painter tape on the tub and the tile to create clean, straight edges for the caulking.
3. Apply the silicon and smooth w/a fingertip to get a nice even surface and feathered edge. Remove tape right before silicon is 100% dry, allows you to smooth any roughness if the tape pulls an edge up.
Neat clean lines everytime!
