How do I repair a Mobile Home or buy new?
This MH is over 20 years old and needs, floor, wall, and roof repair. It also needs painting and new top floor besides part of base floor. I am debating whethwer to put money into repair, remodel, or buy a new MH. I have shingle roof and the skylight over the Master Bathroom has a hole in the plastic which causes it to rain in and about 4 other leaks. What would you do?

trade yours in on new
I recommend that you don’t go ahead and buy a new one. Save money by taking steps wisely. Renew it with the best long lasting, durable and cost-effective solutions such as repairing with the help of EPDM liquid butyl rubber, that brings a new life to your roof with furnishing aesthetically pleasing look for a fraction of cost. It is a one coat, primer free, DIY, easily applicable solution that you can apply on your own by just spreading it and can save labor cost too. It gives you long term peace of mind as it has a 10 yeas warranty.
You can also use Butyl MS Caulk that is the ideal sealant for roofing, siding, and other construction & industrial applications and adheres to a wide variety of substrates including EPDM rubber roofing, aluminum, PVC, vinyl, steel, glass, marble, brick, concrete, wood, and many plastics. It can be applied in low temperatures and on wet surfaces.
