Christy, Static cling window film will stick to a clean window. Just clean your window make sure it’s dry and put the film on top and rub it in place. Good luck with your project.
Christy...If it is a cling I would just get someone to help me line it up. I believe this will work.
Clean window really good. Spray cut to fit and squeeze out “ all” the water and it should stick. That is a shower curtain in my window.
There are kits that you can purchase that are designed specifically for putting on windows. They contain the right kind of adhesive tape.
The 'cling film' in the kits is not the same as the food wrap kind.
Try window cleaner. Spray a little on the clean glass then put the window cling on it. Use a credit card to smooth over and get all of the bubbles out.
