How do I restuff a recliner footrest?

    You could flip the recliner over and remove the staples. Add quilting padding then reattach the original fabric with a staple gun. (That's if you can't easily remove the footrest.) Just a thought. Good luck.

    Did you get it restuffed? I have a reclining couch that is great but the footrests are flat and I’d like to re pad them.

  • If you can get underneath, you should be able to pull staples, push some stuffing in, and then re-staple.

    Release the upholstery cover and insert fresh Foam annd wadding etc. and recover, or attach a Bed Pillow using velcro and make a cover for it or use pillowcase and ribbon ties to hold it in place.
