How can I insulate the floor of my cabin?
My cabin sits anywhere from 2 to 3 feet off the ground. It literally has a wood floor only, nothing else to protect from the weather outside. What would be an inexpensive yet adequate way to insulate under the floor. Please keep in mind I am novice and have no idea how to go about this. Thanks for any and all suggestions.

Insulate the underside with fiberglass batts in between the joists the thickness of the joists.
You could also do a skirting around the cabin and blow in insulation.
Fiberglass does not get moldy. Only organic material will. Paper, wood, etc. After it's insulated it can be covered with heavy plastic, wood panels, etc.
