I use a bunch of used fabric softener sheets saturated with vinegar.
WD 40. Place old rags on floor and spray the door with WD40. Leave a few minutes then scrub with a sponge or soft scourer. Then rinse. Then you can wash as normal I told it needs another dose of WD 40. I f no WD40 around, you can do this with toothpaste, too!
toothpaste and WD40 are amazingly good cleaners.
I use my magic eraser then come back with glass cleaner.
Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 solution of Dawn dish soap and vinegar. Spray it on the hard water stains and let it work. If they are tougher stains, you may have to scrub with a plastic scrubbie!
