How to stop ceiling fan swaying?

I cleaned my ceiling fan and now it is swaying. Any tips for how to fix a wobbly ceiling fan?

Brown paper floor/wall help

Physically station it in the center when not moving. Once straight, then turn on. If still sways you've may have knocked something out of place when cleaning. Keep at it until you get it back in place.
My husband noticed that our fan was wobbly & tightened every screw he saw. Worked!
I would check the screws and tighten them as Toni suggested.
