How to paint laminate without sanding?

I have a dark finish entertainment center that I want to paint white. Is there a primer/paint that will seal the laminate with minimum sanding.

go to a paint store & ask about the primer ( stix)
You need scuff the shiny surface for paint. Use a green kitchen scrubby or 200 grit sandpaper. Prime with Kilz prime and paint your color. Seal with three coats of a water based polyurethane.
