There is a lot on U-Tube. Wallpaper has to be pasted on tightly,sand seams seems , etc. look it up , but you have to paint on Kilz or something & let dry , then paint color of UR choice. A long tedious job, but results can be great. I put up crown molding after process.

Do you want to remove the wallpaper? If not, what are you wanting to do?
Not sure what you are asking, but I'm guessing it's how to clean up a wall after the removing of wallpaper.
Wash with a sponge and sugar soap. Fill any holes or cracks with filler. Once dry lightly sand filled holes. Wipe off dust.
This is ready now for painting or fresh wallpaper.
