WD 40 will clean it
Wipe it down with rubbing alcohol or cheap vodka. Go with the grain, not against it.
I use furniture polish. It seems to work as good as the stuff they sell especially for stainless steel but smells better.
I use endust green apple cleaner. It always works good for me.
I use a plain microfiber cloth that is barely damp for a streak free shining clean finish on all my appliances - stainless steel & black. My favorite brand is Supercloth.
