Buy electric heat tape and wrapit around the pipes
Also foam pipe insulation or fiberglass pipe wrap.

In an emergency you can keep the faucet on to a slow trickle, but do the other things above for long term since you wouldn't want to waste water
Foam insulation will help, but you can just put the tap on an almost steady drip to keep it from freezing, have they frozen before?
The slow trickle is a great idea! In addition, open any cabinet doors so the air inside your home can keep them from freezing. You didn't say where the pipes are located. Lowes Hardware has these pipe insulation tubes. They are made of some type of thick spongy material. Can cut them to size I think and make a slit on one side then fit around the pipe.
