Ellie are the spots inside or out? Vinegar alone or with basking soda for scrubbing is a great solution for this.
Make a paste of baking soda, vinegar and dish soap and use a small scrub brush or scrubbing pad to rub it on. Let it sit for a while and then scrub again.
