How do I paint a concrete floor?
My utility room is long and narrow and gets lots of abuse from outdoor shoes and pets. The floor has been previously painted and is chipped all over. I need a durable non-slippery finish since water can be tracked in. I'd love to do this for my sweety for Valentine's day! HELP!
