I'd try a dab of baking soda on a damp cloth; I can't imagine that milk would stain wood cabinets if they were properly sealed.
Dish soap and water should do the trick. Get the milk off asap, as it can stain. Murphy's Oil Soap will work too.
]n my question I didn't say the milk stained, I just want to get spots off without damaging the wood. Thanks everyone.
