We have a water and oils air freshener which we put on our wooden side table.Unfortunately it must have splashed onto the wood of the table without our knowledge .When we noticed it , what a mess.Please can you help and advise how to remove or cover it.Thank youJean Gilbert

First off, is it oil or parafin? If it is parafin (scency) it is easy to clean, a soft dry cloth will do the trick. If it is oil, you must cut the oil to temove it. Try soda. If not, you may need to refinish it.
