How do I change a 1970's chrome 5 globe table lamp?
redoing the living room with a new medium gray sofa and 2 dark leather gray side chairs. But the chrome and 5 globe table lamp need a shade or something. I can probably just add two clip-on-shades to the 2 globe floor lamp. I'm just painting the matting on a 1970's 3D picture to blend in to the room better-from age it has turned cream and will now be dark gray on white walls. The 1970's glass and chrome dining room table with 6 gray chairs is still a favorite and will remain after I shampoo the very light gray carpeting. I could just buy one new lamp for $150, (chrome with a chrome in the middle) but spent so much money on the flex-steel sofa my budget is empty. Any ideas for the old lamp? thanks for your help-so many talented people and clever ideas.
