Vanda orchid leafs turning yellow what do I do to stop this?
There are 3 sprouts starting at the bottom and roots all the way to within 8ins of the top
did a hole twice as wide and deep as the pot. Put the bulbs in the hole, cover with half the dirt then place a piece of chicken wire over them and finish up by putting the rest of the dirt over the wire. The wire will prevent squirrels from digging up and eating the bulbs.
LOVE the chicken wire idea!!!! Thx.
You can plant them outside when the weather warms up and the blooms are finished..
Just an added comment if you decide to plant them outside, put some "Blood Meal" under the bulb or sprinkle it around and the squirrels will not dig them up.
Thanks everyone
I don't understand what you are asking. You could cut the blooms off and put them in a vase to add some color or you could take them out of the pots and plant them outside depending on your climate. What do you want to achieve?
