If it is white, you take paper towels, place them around the bottom & up the sides. Then spray with bleach until the paper towels are soaked. Leave in the sink(s) for 30 minutes or until white. If they are really stained; it may take a little longer. Remove the paper towels & trash them. Your sink should be pretty n white! The contractor that put ours in 10++ years ago told us to do that. Our sinks still look like new!
I would suggest using some sort of rubber gloves & be sure to open a window!

why is it getting stained ? from the water? dumping certain things in it coffee tea? Generally, a damp microfiber cloth used with a standard household kitchen spray should remove most stains. For most residues, all you need to clean your Corian® countertops is warm soapy water, ammonia-based household cleaner, or a dedicated countertop cleaner. http://www.corian.com/-use-care-
Note anything abrasive that is used will remove the sealer, so you would need to reseal it after cleaning, and fine abrasive polishing as needed.A Countertop contractor who routinely works in Corian can do this refurbishing for you - I would say probably about $250-300 for one side, $300-350 for two sides if both are heavily stained - including resealing afterwards. Make sure any chrome or trim is fully protected with heavy tape during the process so it does not get gouged or scratched.
