How do I remove an ice maker from a refrigerator?
The ice maker on the 22 year old side by side fridge freezer has a solenoid stuck and the water continues to pour out the front of the freezer door. I have raised the arm which tells the freezer to NOT bring more water for ice cubes. I have also turned off the valve supplying water. I will just buy ice trays and be done with it. I want to remove the ice maker apparatus to use that space for the new trays. How to do this? Thank you.
