I have used them for narrow round curtain rod. Brackets. They also support dowels which can hold spools of thread, ribbon and other trim. I have used them to support banners at church and antique quilts at home. With an antique pillowcase on a dowel, the brackets could support a collection or showcase broaches or other jewelry. Samples of lace or other lightweight mementos would be perfect items to display using mini blinds’ brackets. I hope something here inspires you!

    Removing mini blinds from brackets

Windows get a fresh look any way you approach it.

    1. Pull the mini-blind cords, raising the blinds up to the headrail. ...
    2. Set a ladder under the left mounting bracket and climb up to reach the hardware.
    3. Slide the front panel of the left mounting bracket to the right and remove it from the bracket.

What I really want to know is if they can be reused where they are and replace the blinds with something else.

I have an idea, and perhaps I will try it.

    Thanks
