How would I get a smooth transition from wood floor to tile?
I would like a smooth transition from wood floor to tile in kitchen, a walker has to go over. I see this in Doctors offices and public buildings, Doing over kitchen and would not like to give up my wood floor.. thank you for any help

You might also want to consider purchasing some wider 'ramp' style rubber threshold pieces. They are suitable and safe for walkers with wheels.
