Use rustoleum spray paint for metal
Chailk paint
Automotive paint.
I would think chalk paint or spray paint would work well.
Depends on how much work you want to put in it. Chalk paint is easiest. One paint for wood, metal paint for iron.
Hi Lisa! I can tell you how to paint your old sewing machine with Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint :)
It is super easy to paint with Dixie Belle.
Step one: Clean with White Lightning
Step two: If you're concerned with bleed through apply two coats of BOSS. For the iron base, if it's slippery apply two coats of Slick Stick to that area
Step three: Paint one to two coats of Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint
Step four (optional): Use any of our clear coats or waxes for extra protection or a different style finish
No sanding required!
