Yes. The bottom track usually catches water and diverts it back. Depend what kind you have. A photo would help.
Probably just needs to be caulked. Any hardware or home improvement center will have what you need. Make sure the area is squeaky clean, wipe the area down well with rubbing alcohol first.
clear silicone should do the trick and if it doesn't, you may need a new seal. Check with your local hardware store to see if they sell seals for shower doors or glass
