Disassemble what you can. Remove doors and faucets and top. If that looks like it will work, then you might be able to remove the sides. In a house, there’s not always a full back piece, because of the drain; but the bottom could be an issue. In a double wide, the drain might go through the floor. My apology-lack of experience with respect to manufacturered homes
Years ago, we had a mobile home, and we had to take the cabinet apart from the outside, in, since it was attached to adjoining walls. We pulled off the outside trim pieces, then took it apart a layer at a time. It was even stapled to the wall! Then, after measuring the space, drain, etc., we replaced the cabinet, counter and sink with stock stuff, but, had to do some rebuilding on the home walls, to make it work. Once the space was rebuilt, and reframed it was like any other cabinet installation. The drain, water lines etc., went through the floor.
