Chicken manure is a very good addition to any garden but be sure it is at least one yr old or older or it might burn the plants. Also, you can just till it into the soil. Do not use this years manure for compost at all. That is true of any farm animal manure. Grandma said chicken is one of the best additions to any garden soil and she would know! She always had the best vegetable and flower garden in town.
