Absolutely! For LED there are two extremely important numbers. First, look at the color temperature of the fixture. I prefer a warm light which is 3000k or lower number. Then look at the CRI number. The closer to 100, the truer the colors in your room will appear. I usually buy anything 90 or higher.

I have recently installed this shallow style of ceiling integrated LED lights, and now, would not consider any others. Go the extra small step and install dimmer switches. That way you will get maximum versatility in being able to adjust light intensity according to room activity, time of day, and season.
