I mix up a gallon of hot water (the hotter the better), a cup of vinegar, a squirt of dish soap, and a few tablespoons of baking soda, washing soda, or borax. The powder helps scrub while the other two ingredients help degrease.
One cup of lemon scented ammonia to one gallon hot water.
If it is ceramic tile you can go at it with just about anything. If it is vinyl tile you should avoid letting water sit on it. Better to wet, scrub, then wipe up dirty water one section at a time.
