How to get rid of scratches on a car?

Hi

I live in an apartment.

My carpark lot is narrow so any slight mis-judgement I get the sides of my car grazed

or scratched. Any idea to get rid of the scratches?

    We have a product called T-cut here in the UK that you can use to polish scratches out. Not sure what it's called in the US but a car shop would be able to advise you I am sure

    If there is a gouge, you can purchase matching touch up paint at your local vehicle dealer. A good wax will help to lessen the visibility of smaller scratches.

    Auto parts stores have matching touch up paint for all varieties of cars that the manufacturers use. You can also buy any supplies there that you will need to do this. Ask one of the associates to help you with what you need for the best lasting job.

    You can sometimes buff out with bugging compound sold at auto shops.

    You can use buffing compound. It is sold at any auto parts store. You can also use a sheep skin buffer that fits on a drill to elevate the shine once scratches are buffed out. The compound actually mixes with trace amounts of the car's paint to blend together imperfections
