Unless you own a commercial sewing machine, you can't, sorry.
I have a leather sofa where the cushions are attached as well so I studied it and you can remove it...but carefully. Get a very thin sharp scissor or blade and snip the stitching holding it in place and the cushion and cover should come off easily. What I would do then is sew elastic straps with D-rings and clips to hold your newly covered cushions in place. I snapped a photo of another the clips on another sofa I have to show you what I mean.
