Hi Rhonda, you can scrape away the wax using your finger or a spoon. Use a hairdryer on medium heat to soften up what's left behind and you can use a clean cloth to wipe that away.
I would use an ice cube to make the wax brittle and the pop it off with a nylon scraper
You can scrap the excess off with a credit card, or heat it up with a hairdryer and wipe it off.
You just need to use something with a hard plastic, then gently scrape them out. It's very easy
