Carla: I put my spices in a corner cabinet... with these: https://www.amazon.com/madesmart-Turntable-COLLECTION-Non-slip-BPA-Free/dp/B000KDS50O/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=cabinet+turntable&qid=1553519662&s=gateway&sr=8-4
Rubbermaid makes a pull down spice rack that is great for easy access to top shelf spices.
a rotating spice rack, add in a shelf, or attach magnets to the sides of the cabinets and the bottoms of the spice containers
If you have a spare drawer, I have found this to be the best solution since you can purchase a plastic spice holder which is angled to show off all of your spices the minute you open the drawer. I used to have the lazy Susan shelves and they were a problem. Love this new system and love it because the spices are so accessible and of course because of that I tend to use them more.
Hello, Carla. I had the same problem and could never find my spices. If you have a small square space on your kitchen wall, you can hang this very narrow shelf unit ( my husband made it ! Don’t forget to put a narrow molding in front of the shelves so the spices stay in place.
Carla, I put my spices in a 12" x 18" Longaberger basket with handles. I had it on top of my refrigerator for a long time. I liked this location best because it camouflaged the spice bottles with the basket & liner being accented. Now it's on a baker's rack. Either way, I have easy access to my spices. I tried putting circular labels on top of the spice bottles, but they didn't stay on well because of some of the lid designs. I write the name of the spice on top of each original container with a fine tip Sharpie permanent marker. This is an easy method that didn't cost me any extra money. Blesssings, Pam
I like step shelves for my tiny spice cupboard. Not a dream, but it works.
