Hi ! I don't understand your question .. Is your washer and dryer outside ?
Do you want a storage cabinet or a cabinet to enclose washer & dryer ?
They would need to be fully protected from the elements so you would need to build like a small building.
In the Southwest many washer dryer setups are outside/on patios/back porches. I enclosed mine in small room keeps dust from storms out and protects them from sun & intense heat also gives me room to fold clothes and hang dry others that I don't want to put in dryer, yet not out on clothes lines in sun.Depending where you live?cold/freezing you'll want to make sure the lines don't freeze specially drain for washer.here's videos on small shed/outdoor laundry builds you'll have to watch & sort thru them yourself https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=diy+small+shed+for+washer+dryer
Lynn is right that in the Southwest United States many homes have the washer and dryer in the garage, breezeway, or on the patio or porch.
